This pendant is from my "Broken Heart" Heart & Stroke Series...it has been hand cut from sterling silver...cut in half, holes drilled and mended with sterling silver rings...hanging from a sterling silver chain....you will receive this exact pendant.
This particular pendant holds a great deal of meaning to me as heart & stroke disease has taken its toll on my family...
